Yep its the West Ham way to fvck up when the prize is close.
Stoke have been playing well but not getting the "rub of the green" and struggling to score. They will pull all the dirty tricks out, try to get Arnie or one of our lads sent off. Niggly fouls to stop us getting any momentum etc.. All luck will arrive for them in this game if any with balls off their arse going in etc.
Mind you I have a condition known as extreme pessimism when it comes to West Ham. We have often screwed everything up when it seemed we were over the worst.

Huddersfield winning is bad news for soton who’s fate is becoming less and less in their own hands. We have the possibility to more or less seal our own survival on Monday. Even a point would be enough to put Stoke and Southampton more than 6 points behind us. Having said that we have a notorious history of shooting ourselves in the foot so nothing would surprise me, and I sense this game will be far from a pushover.

I don't think Stoke's a must win other than for them. A draw wouldn't be a disaster, it would leave us 7 points clear of the drop with 5 to play. If you go down from there you deserve to.

Two games in hand on them as it stands and they have as bad a run in as us. Worse news for Southampton I'd say. That bottom three is beginning to look settled although we could always fuck that up by losing on Monday.
